I obtained my Real Estate career as loan secretary for American Bank of Carlsbad now known as Wells Fargo. I was Vice President and Escrow Officer with Eddy County Abstract Company for ten years. I obtained my Real Estate License in 1991 and worked as secretary in a thriving Real Estate office until going in to full time sales in April of 1995. In September of 2002 I successfully passed my broker exam and an currently an Associate Broker with ERA Montgomery Real Estate. I am a multi-million dollar producer and have belonged to the Carlsbad Board of REALTORS Million Dollar Club for the past 6 years.

- I began Property Managment approximately 2 years ago and currently manage 32 units. My position includes taking applications, screening applicants, collecting rent, paying expenses, being on call for emergency and non-emergency situations, overseeing repairs and/or improvments as well as many other needs as duties require.

- I held the office of Secretary of the Calsbad Board of REALTORS in 1996, 1997, Vice President in 1998, President 1999 and 2002. I have served as Chairman of the Nominating Committee, Education Committee and as Co-Chairman of the Awards Committee and continue to serve in these capacities. I have served as Tour Director for the MLS Service since 1996.
