It's That Most Wonderful Time of Year!
Ok, OK! We know it's still early! For goodness sake, it's not even Thanksgiving yet. However, Holiday calendars tend to fill up quickly and we would be remiss if we didn't tell you about this wonderful and unique event in Hope NJ. On the weekend after the famous Hope Christmas Fair - (now in it's 41st year), there will be a walking tour of our sweet and special town of Hope, on Saturday, December 8, from 5-7:30PM.
"A Moravian Christmas" begins at the Hope Community Center at 5PM. There will be a live Nativity Scene, a reading from Dickens's "A Christmas Carol" and a Visit from St. Nick, as well as a Lantern Tour of the town of Hope.
The evening will end at 7:30 PM, with a candlelight service at St. John's Methodist Church on High Street.
(Food will be available for purchase that evening.
