As first time home buyers, we definitely needed a great realtor to guide us through and explain to us the process. Greg helped us get our home with MULTIPLE other offers on the table! As a first time home buyer, we couldn't have asked for a better person to represent us as our realtor. From the very beginning, Greg was willing to travel to different locations to help us get a better idea of where we wanted to live. We told him our price range, our preferences, and he did the rest of the work. On a daily basis, we received available homes through e-mail and text. He was responsive to our phone calls as well, and knowledgeable with any questions we had. Radon testing was a huge concern for us, and he went above and beyond to help us understand what high radon levels in a home meant. He was at our home inspection and wasn't afraid to ask the right questions. In fact, he helped schedule our inspections to best suit our needs. He was always on time and even helped move some boxes into our new home on our closing day. He was just as excited as we were and continues to check in with us every so often to see how we are transitioning. Greg is dedicated to getting things done and we truly appreciate all his help during what could be a very difficult process.
