I moved to Citrus County in 1984 after visiting here almost every winter as a child. My Grandmother picked Inverness after the Detroit school system attempted to force her to retire, and I don't remember anyone ever forcing my Grandma to do anything! She wrote letters to the counties in Florida and was accepted by letter by Citrus County. She bought a house over the phone and moved here to teach school at Hernando Elementary until she decided to retire. It has been very interesting to see this area grow and change, and I always enjoy the small town atmosphere with easy access to the "big cities". As your agent I would be happy to help you in your home search, and consider it an honor to be trusted with such an important goal.
