I have loved every minute of working with buyers and sellers for almost 25 years! I specialize in Tolland and Hartford County real estate. Marketing is what I am known for- especially my high quality pictures that I shoot and edit myself. Internet presence and advertising are why I am able to sell so many of my own listings- buyers call me directly and absolutely no one knows more about my properties than I do! While the majority of my business comes from buyers and sellers in the mid to upper price ranges, I feel the most satisfaction when I help a first time home buyer! My expertise in new construction comes from being married to an outstanding builder- I enjoy working for both buyers and builders in the field of new construction. I am known as a specialist in waterfront properties and am often the first to know of a home that is going to come on the market- before it goes on the market. I can't say enough about Cheri Trudon! She went above and beyond during the process of buying our new home. It can be stressful going through all of the steps purchasing a home and she made is less stressful and was constantly in touch with us to "check-in" and to see if we were just ok! The day of our closing, we went for our walk-through of the home we were buying and my husband and I were a little disappointed that the sellers had left a lot of items in the yard that should have been removed. Cheri quickly contacted their realtor and ended up getting us a credit at closing to get these items removed. I have to say, not a lot of people would have done that! I highly recommend Cheri! She is truly the BEST!

Cheri did a great job marketing our house, an historic 1770s twin-chimney center hall colonial which, to say the least, needed a certain kind of buyer desiring and willing to take on a unique property. Cheri took advantage of all marketing tools, including comprehensive and regularly updated photos for the website, a drone video, social media and open houses to market our house. Cheri was always courteous and helpful, and she kept us updated and provided good advice. She is a true professional and we would certainly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home or property.

Thank you Chris- I learned a lot about Coventry History from you and will never forget the chalk writings on the attic beams (with dates), the collection of artifacts that were found in your yard from the war and the etchings in the wood work around the fireplace! Thank you for teaching me all that you did about historic homes and my hometown, Coventry, CT !

I could not have worked with a better real estate agent than Cheri Trudon! As a first-time buyer who was relocating back to CT, Cheri helped me understand my options, and pick the best town/home for my current lifestyle. She was extremely thorough, professional, and worked tirelessly to get me the best deal on my condo. Admittedly, while I was somewhat naive and nervous about buying my first home, Cheri walked me through everything, and is someone I highly recommended and trust wholeheartedly!

Love her! She is a five star agent. Really made our Real Estate experience a positive one.
All of our heart and soul had went into our Coventry, CT home and we were not going to just let any agent try to sell it.
When we realized we would be selling our home in the near future, we began to take notice of what was selling in and around our neighborhood for six to nine months. Again and again, one particular agent out shined everyone else.....Cheri Trudon with ERA.
We took note, how fast it seemed her listed properties sold.
After going onto ERA's website and seeing her listings, reading her story telling descriptions and seeing her perfect pics we were quite certain she was the agent for us, but we still had to meet her in person.
Once we did, WOW!!!

Cheri has been amazing! She took gorgeous, professional photographs and wrote up a listing that not only sounds great, but also clearly shows that she truly took the time to really think about the details of my home that make it stand out in today's market. She has also been incredibly informative, easy to talk to, and even brought in professional photographers with a drone to take aerial phonographs. Cheri went above and beyond, doing her best to help through all steps of the buying process. She helped find a home I was happy with that was within my budget and distance I was willing to travel to work, etc - the whole searching process went far quicker than I expected! Cheri was also willing to contact people we needed to help reach our closing date, and worked with my bank to make certain all things were settled as quick as they could be. 10/10 She really put work in to keep everything on track, which I'm grateful for. :)

Cheri was very helpful even beyond the selling process. When unexpected items were needed to be done to assist with the sale / closing of the house, Cheri was there to provide me with several referrals or to just help with taking care of an item that I could not be there to get corrected. I was a guest at an open house Cheri held in Mansfield. I was impressed with her knowledge of available properties for sale in Mansfield and surrounding towns. Because Cheri asks the right questions and listens to the answers she has the ability to match home buyers with properties quickly. She was able to use her laptop to preview and discuss her recommendations on the spot. Buying a home is a daunting experience. Cheri has the knowledge, professionalism and resources to make the process enjoyable. I highly recommend her if you're buying or selling a home.

I bought 3 rental properties this year using Cheri Trudon. She handled all of the paperwork and made the transaction smooth from start to end. I will use her again.
