As a grandmother of eight and mother of four, I understand the various stages of life as well as the hardships and dreams of individuals and families. I have been a professional most of my life, including working as a human resource office for TVA, an RN for Moccasin Bend Psychiatric Hospital, and as a Director of a clinical team for UNUM in Chattanooga. I use my natural people skills, work experience, and negotiation skills to diligently serve buyer's and seller's needs. I have been a realtor for ten years, initially part time, transitioning to full time work (50 plus hours many weeks) to help people reach their dreams of home ownership. I accept calls 7 days a week and strive to return all calls quickly. My training and life experience give me an appreciation for the ups and downs at all stages of life. Helping sellers by formulating an accurate comparative market analysis and implementing a successful marketing plan for sellers, I believe, results in quick sales at a higher sales price. Likewise, one-to-one discussions, ERA technology, and fine-tuning searches with my clients helps me find buyers' dream homes.
