We originally listed our home for sale in the spring of 2011. After several repeated fails to sell, we finally sold our home when we relisted with Joe Maso in the spring of 2013. We feel strongly that listing our home with Joe Maso was why it sold in just a few short months after being put on the market.
Joe was a complete pleasure to work with and made the process easy and enjoyable. In addition to being extremely professional, his honesty and upfront way of dealing with us made us feel confident and comfortable. Joe began the process of selling our home by bringing in a team of realtors form his officer who all independently appraised our home. He sat with us and reviewed each appraisal, finally giving us his suggested selling price (which in the end was almost exactly what we sold the house for). As soon as our home was listed we had an impressive number of showings. In addition to conducting frequent open houses, Joe ensured that we knew exactly when the house was scheduled to be shown and he immediately followed up with each showing realtor in order to provide us with timely constructive feedback and suggestions. Before we knew it we had numerous showings and multiple offers, of which one we accepted and closed in less than 45 days! We relied on Joe through the entire process and he never let us down. Joe is the kind of realtor who not only will list your home, but he will do his best to ensure it is sold within your timeframe. Although Joe is a busy, successful realtor, listing and showing multiple homes, he made us feel like we were his top priority being present all along the way listing through closing. On a scale of 1 to 10, Joe Maso is a 10!

Greetings from Lawrenceville!! I just wanted to extend my personal gratitude for all of your time and effort in helping to purchase my first home. Things have been going pretty well and I feel a sense of accomplishment having worked hard and saved up to make the leap to homeownership. I could never have imagined the whole process going so smoothly and for this once again I want to credit you for your guidance and expertise in helping me to make such an important decision. It seems to me that it is difficult for a salesperson to successfully do your job without pushing too hard and consequently causing discomfort and/or distrust with the client, I believe you found the perfect chord. I feel your efforts went above and beyond expectations in being accessible in providing genuine insight on the ins and outs of home buying and in taking me personal input seriously.
Thanks again to you for your very hard, professional work. I was not comfortable drawing the line over a few thousand dollars, but we had to draw the line somewhere. At this point, we expect between $10 and $20K needing to be spent on this property in the near term and a lot of minor work to bring it up to our standards. This does not include window replacement, which is down the road.
I am happy to advise that I rented the second unit today to what I expect to be a very good tenant. This means our family vacation at the shore will not be disrupted.
