I met Cheryl a year ago as I prepared to take continuing ED classes for my license renewal. These classes are not cheap and as a widow is a great sacrifice to get it done. I went expecting to fight boredom and sleepy eyes as usual. But I was pleasantly surprised to realize that I was in fact very awaken and interested in what was being taught.
For the first time in my career, I was actually clinging to each word and taking notes till my fingers hurt. I found myself not wanting the day to be over. You could feel her passion for teaching and for learning! But most of all you could feel that even though she didn't really know you, she truly wanted YOU to know success and be the best at your JOB...to learn to love your JOB so that others could see it and want to only use your services!
Cheryl actually stayed in touch with me as I took other classes from her and we became friends. When I needed and was ready for a change and a new place for my JOB to soar...she was sweetly there for me.
She is not only an inspiration to me but also for my daughter that has disabilities. No broker I have ever had, has stepped up to this level in our lives and WE are ever so grateful for what she has come to mean to us!
Thanks to her this widow is looking forward to her best year in Real Estate EVER!!!
May Heaven always bless her& those important to her! And may I too be that same kind of blessing to those in my life!
Licensed Realtor Since 2003
I wanted to take a moment to share my testimonial about your teaching.
The first class I took from you was in 2011 shortly after I received my Utah Real Estate License. I took the New agent course required by the DRE. Due to your enthusiasm, knowledge and sincere caring for each of us students to make sure we knew what we had to do, the class went quickly. I was very energized when I left. My next class I took from you was in 2013 or 2014 Park City Board of Realtors for the "Military Relocation Professional" NAR certification. I believe it was the first time this class was offered in Utah. The classroom was full, lots of discussion and your enthusiasm once again came out. What I was impressed about was of your caring for our military families and promoting to us the importance of be professional and knowing all we can so that we were qualified to assist these families who sacrifice so much. There were several former military in that room that day who I felt agreed with everything you had to offer, but you showed you were teachable and putting yourself in their shoes as they shared their experiences. I also received my SRS NAR desigination from you held in Cottonwood Hts. You made me think on how I could be a better agent for my clients and to encourage me to reach deep within myself to be even better. That is what attracted me to ERA, Brokers Consolidated as I moved my license to your office. You continue that caring enthusiasm as you support those of us who have our licenses placed in our office. Thank you for your professionalism.
Thanks for everything.
It was truly a pleasure to have you participate in the Michigan Realtors 2016 The Convention. I would like to thank you for your presentation and share with you the feedback we received from the attendees. Our attendees have high expectations on the level of education available at The Convention and you helped us to deliver the education they wanted. This year, the event had over 95% of classes certified for continuing education credit. Thanks to you, the attendees had many different opportunities to receive their required continuing education credit. With just over one-third of attendees responding, our evaluation results support the success of The Convention with a 93.14% overall good to excellent rating on the post-convention evaluation.
We fully recognize that we would not receive such positive feedback from session participants without the excellent presentations and stimulating discussions provided by talented individuals, like you.
We strive to give our members a balance of education and fun at this annual event, which we are always looking for ways to improve. We understand the industry is changing and we want to continue to be the first resource for the members. If you have any recommendations that you feel would improve The Convention, please let me know.
