I can't even begin to express my gratitude for Danielle. I attended an open house for another property, told her I was planning to sell my mobile home, and that I was interested in using a broker. I gave her my information, and before the day was over she researched comps, visited my home, sent me a projected listing, and sent over the brokerage contract. I signed the contract the following morning and she put the sign in my yard. She received requests for showing prior to it officially going on market. It still hasn't officially gone on the market, but is under contract for more than the asking price. Danielle has been responsive to every request and concern. She is proactive, compassionate, and follows through. I would highly recommend Danielle!

when we first met at the house I wanted to check out Ms. Sanchez handed me a folder which contained all the pertinent information on the house asking price, square footage, Taxes, rooms, easements ( there were none but that was specified in the packet) age of some appliances, the roof and furnace. She was dressed appropriately and started by answering some questions that I had asked her on the phone which she had to check on because she did not as she said give me the wrong answers. She pointed out many of the features of the house particularly the six panel oak doors on the closets and that the master bedroom faced so you could see the sun rise in the morning through the bay windows and set through the windows that were placed on the other side of the master by the fireplace in the master sitting room. She was very pleasant and informative. It seemed to me that she knew the area very well. I am definitely looking forward to doing more business with her as she seems to care not only about the sale but the correct fit for the person. I had mentioned briefly that I liked having a pantry that was big enough to store plenty of canned goods so if ever there was a hard time food would not be an issue. The second house she showed me that day had a pantry that fit my desire completely. Whatever you ask for she tries very hard to make it happen. I have NO DOUBT that this lady will succeed in her Real Estate saleswoman career because she has a drive and understanding not only for property but for people and to meet a realtor that listens and cares for her clients is rare these days most care only about the sale and their commission. This lady cares about everything she even played with my grand daughter while I looked around the house alone so I could get a feel for the place.
We had the pleasure of having Danielle show us a home we were interested in. She was professional, knowledgeable and prepared. We are looking forward to keep working with her in future properties.

My Community Involvement
- Danielle enjoys helping her local community in Salt Lake County. She is involved with her Children's Elementary school and is both the fundraising and member chair. She organizes the yearly fundraising efforts for the PTA.
I have been wanting to take the kids out to see Christmas lights. Out near Chicago, my parents used to always take me to a neighborhood called Candy Cane Lane. It was such a magical place. Every house was decked out with lights above and beyond. Reminded me of a few Tim Allen movies, neighbors competing with each other. The line of cars to go in was endless and seemed to take forever.
