What I appreciate most in life is being healthy and spending quality time outdoors with my very energetic heeler! I love being in nature, whether it's in the mountains, deserts, forests, oceans or lakes. Some of my favorite hobbies are mountain biking, paragliding, snowboarding, scuba diving, canyoneering, yoga, SUP, and trail running - and there is no better place for the variety and caliber of outdoor recreation as there is in this beautiful state of Utah!
