In her many years of experience, she has learned that the details can make or break a sale. A detail could be the piece that snowballs into a lawsuit or the piece that makes the deal go through. She often considers herself to be a Sherlock Holmes for her clients as she counsels them, helps them to discover their options, and guides them on the best course of action to take based on their decision. Utah looking at properties and enjoying the desert. She maintains her real estate career in the Zion Canyon area and has moved into a new position as April Gates assistant and land specialist. She has many clients, family, and friends in southern Utah that keep her actively involved in the community. She lived for over 14 years in southern Utah near Zion National Park where she established a thriving real estate business, a wonderful home and loving family.
