Quynh is great! She is very professional. Eager to help out with whatever you need her to. She really goes over and above what is required of her. Very quick to find out answers to any questions. We could not have asked for a more patient and understanding agent then Quynh. Her initial contact via telephone started with what we as a family needed and the things we might consider as bonus features. Once we started the showing of homes she only showed us what we asked as bare necessities and then showed us things within our grasp with a few other perks. Our schedule was hectic with a very small window to look and purchase she helped make me feel more at ease when it came to how fast things needed to move anlong in the process. As first time buyers we needed time to step back from our excitement and really think and talk over the things we needed for the present and the future, she was always just one phone call away. Due to the distance of our location to where we wanted to buy she completed tasks that I could not attend, saw them through to completion and followed up via email, pics or phone call within hours. Quynh made a life changing decision for me and my family a quick and easy process by just being a genuine person.
