Julie was a huge help through the whole process of selling our house and finding a new one. Covid-19 hit right after we started to look at a larger home, so things were prolonged longer than we had imagined. She was a fantastic help, very knowledgeable and never made us feel like we needed to rush things.

Julie was very good and easy to work with. She was always willing to show houses, even on weekends and when she wasn't in town, she made sure we had a representative cover us. She had very good knowledge of the neighborhoods and construction companies in town. She was even willing to help me out with answering questions for my parents when they ran into some issues selling their home in Green River. My wife and I really enjoyed working with Julie and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Sheridan.

I served on the Sheridan County Board of Realtors from 2009-2015, serving as president from 2013-2015, and was awarded Realtor of the year in Sheridan County in 2013. - Myself and ERA Carroll Realty, Inc. have been involved with special events and/or fundraising efforts for many organizations such as MDA with our annual local ERA golf tournament, as well as the Sheridan Film Festival, Carriage House Theater, Wyo Theater, Downtown Sheridan Association, the Sheridan Wyo Rodeo, and the Sheridan ERA Rodeo. Over the years I have served on numerous community boards, and currently I am a member of the Sheridan Hockey League and also a local singer/songwriter.
