Jim was the best realtor we had the opportunity to work with . He felt like family with the care and assistance he used to help find us our beautiful home! His patience was incredible being that we took over a year , but he just allowed us time and gave us more than what we were looking for in a realtor! I would recommend him to everyone. He was also very knowledgeable in many areas of home buying that helped make a lot of the process love fast and smooth!
James helped us sell our house after another well know realtor was not able to do so and sold it in 3 days with multiple full price offers. James went above and beyond at all aspects of the sale with great photos of the house, fast with emails, always answered the phone and called back to answer any questions we had in a very difficult time in america with most of the state shut down he continued working with us to get thru it till the closing. I can not thank him enough for how helpful and professional he has been thru this entire experience.
James went above and beyond to facilitate the sale of our property. He very capably fulfilled not only his own responsibilities but also stepped in to fulfill responsibilities where the other parties involved were not performing their duties. I have bought and sold several homes over the years. And, I can say without a doubt that James Burke was the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. In the beginning, he insured the contract was 100% correct, reflecting our desires and properly signed. James brought in a professional photographer, who did a wonderful picture presentation. He always offered to help us in the process of getting the property ready for showing. As we were prepping the house, his suggestions were spot on and greatly contributed to curb appeal. I hired ERA Realty Group to assist me in purchasing a condo. I was assigned James Burke as my realtor. Mr. Burke went above and beyond to assist me. He wass very kind, considerate and extremely patient with me. No matter where he was (weekdays, weekends) he would keep me up to date with any new condos that fit the criteria I gave him. Paperwork has always been very stressful for me. Jim helped me thru the process every step of the way to make everthing seamless. Anytime paperwork needed to be signed, he would drive from his office in Cream Ridge to my home in Trenton so that I did not have to drive long distances. Selling my house in Trenton was no problem for Jim. He did whatever he needed to get the job done and done correctly. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a GREAT realtor that cares about his clients. Thank you Jim for everything you did for me.

Jim was fantastic to work with! He represented the seller in our transaction (I was the buyer)...but due to some unfortunate circumstances with my realtor I had to rely on Jim for a lot of information. Working with Jim Burke was a successful, streamlined and efficient experience! During my house hunt I worked with a few realtors over the course of about six months. While working with the first couple of realtors I was seeing a few houses a month and wasn't finding any luck on possible purchases. I was getting frustrated with the others that I had been working with because as I was hitting a time crunch and my sense of urgency grew, the other realtors I was working with seem discouraged and uninterested. I met with Jim and explained my situation to him and he was very receptive to what I was looking for and the limited amount of time I had. He was flexible with setting up appointments and we were able to see multiple houses a day, multiple times a week.
