Working with Jim Burke was a successful, streamlined and efficient experience! During my house hunt I worked with a few realtors over the course of about six months. While working with the first couple of realtors I was seeing a few houses a month and wasn't finding any luck on possible purchases. I was getting frustrated with the others that I had been working with because as I was hitting a time crunch and my sense of urgency grew, the other realtors I was working with seem discouraged and uninterested. I met with Jim and explained my situation to him and he was very receptive to what I was looking for and the limited amount of time I had.
