My name is John Foley, whether you are looking to buy or list a home, the professional services I offer were designed to benefit you and your family. I consider that an enormous responsibility.

I retired from my executive Wall Street position during the 2008 financial crisis. Since that time I have assisted both buyers and sellers of real estate through every aspect of their transaction. A real estate transaction can be an extremely complex undertaking for those inexperienced with the entire process. My previous and current business experience allows me to professionally represent both buyers and sellers when interacting with inspectors, attorneys, lenders, contractors and appraisers.

My past executive corporate experience combined with a knowledge of the local real estate market and township ordinances sets me apart from most realtors. In addition, I truly care about the needs of my clients. My main focus for sellers is to get the home sold for more money in less time. For my buyers I focus on their wants and needs, I listen to them. Then together we search for the most suited, best valued, property within their budget. As we view various properties their wants and needs will change, I continue to listen to them. THATS WHAT SETS ME APART FROM MOST OTHER REALTORS.

I work with both buyers and sellers of real estate in order to improve my service to both. Knowing what most buyers are looking for allows me to offer my listing clients an idea of minor changes that would have their home appeal to a greater number of potential buyers. Buyers benefit from general information I receive from sellers such as schools, local shopping areas, the quality of township services etc. I specialize in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, it's a wonderful place to live, raise and family or retire.

In addition to my corporate and real estate experience, I am supported by ERA Central Realty Group. What a pleasure it was to work John. He made our first home buying experience painless. We had A LOT of questions and John always had the answers. He had all the information about other homes in the area. He made himself available at all times. He took the time to understand the type of home we were looking for and he found our dream home for us and we could not be happier! John was determined to help us find a home that was in our price range and he did it!

John was absolutely amazing. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea about the process and what I would encounter. John explained to me in detail every step on the way to the very end of closing. John went above and beyond to get our house sold he met inspectors and contractors at our home so I did not have to take off work he was professional but friendly would definitely recommend him
