2020 was a year of stress and chaos. Especially in the home buying field. However, it was such a blessing knowing that Sandy was very persistent for many months, helping me to find my dream home. She made herself available at all hours and was very prominent with her responses to any questions I had. I felt very taken care of. It was very stressful when it came down to the wire, the last 2 weeks before I closed on my new home. There was a big lack of communication with the (mortgage rep and the title company).
