Ms. Tania Zastocki is a wonderful person and talented real-estate agent. She helped us with the purchase of a home at Rossmoor Community in December 2018. She understood our expectations and worked with us closely in securing the house to our satisfaction. She has great negotiating skills and helped to buy the home at a reasonable sale price within our budget, including the repairs done properly. She responded to our calls immediately either over the phone, texting or emails during weekdays and weekends. She always put her client first then her personal issues and was happy to show us the homes even late in the evening after 6 PM. She connected us with a mortgage lender, law office and coordinated very well to get our loan approved and to close the home sale smoothly. Ms. Tania deserves all the credit in securing a very nice home for us to live.

Tania sold my Dads home the same day it went on the market! For FULL asking price! She goes above and beyond and made the entire selling process stress free and super quick!!!

There are no words to describe how terrific Tania is. I was selling my fathers house and moving him to an assisted living facility. The home was listed and sold within 2 to 2.5 weeks. Because I didn't live close and my father became hospitalized, Tania kept me informed of what had to happen for the inspections, what I needed to do to, i.e. fire extinguishers, radon etc., to keep the closing on track. Tania knew I was juggling a lot, and wow, did Tania help out! She handled the inspections when I couldn't be there. When they failed, she fixed what needed to be fixed. Went and purchased a bigger extinguisher, different radon detectors. Showed up to let in repairmen. Four days before closing my father passed away, which halted the house sale, but again, Tania was there, to shepherd the house to closing, doing what needed to be done. Even after the closing, I realized something was left at the house and Tania to the rescue, went pick it up and sent in in the mail. WOW. She was incredible

Tania was a wonderful realtor. She spent a lot of time taking me out to look at what was available in the adult communities. Once I decided on my place, I encountered some issues with the place. Tania definitely had my back and went above and beyond in trying to get things resolved for me. I would gladly recommend her to any of my family or friends.
