Victor is the confident and calm voice that you need in this market. While selling our property we ran into a road block with our initial purchaser who obviously had cold feet as the closing date approached, Victor was able to clam us down and find a matching offer by the end of the day and we closed quickly after that. My wife and I had the pleasure of having Victor Cocorles as our real estate agent. Victor was always easy to contact and continuously followed up with all parties involved when something needed to be addressed or if there were questions. He ensured all paperwork was in order and informed us of expected paperwork from others as a "heads up". Victor's personalism and thoroughness made our purchase easier than expected, given some of the complexity of the purchase and bumps along the way.
