Working together with Yvette Molina to sell my beloved home of almost 42 years was as great an experience as anyone has a right to expect in the challenging business of selling a primary residence--especially during a pandemic! To start, Yvette is a remarkably sensitive, ethical, and strategic person. From deep experience, solid research, and numerous interactions with me in my house, she understood well how to work with me by easing my worries and guiding me to make the right decisions about improvements and investments in my house. She was patient and understanding with me always, with a warm and ready sense of humor that I appreciated. She was always available to me, and always responded to my needs (for handy people, for example) with superb recommendations. She cared as much about the quality and affordability of the work on my house as I did, and that's saying something!! She saw what was special about my house and ran with that. She promoted my house beautifully in print, online, and in person. She is a wonderful communicator and a strategic thinker. She was honest and forthright always, never misleading me or over-promising or cutting corners. She never pressured me or steered me wrong to make a sale. She has great integrity, a great work ethic, good values, and cares about her clients and the communities in which she works. Yvette is a good listener and a strong speaker, and this helped a lot in communicating with me but also with agents for potential buyers. When I entered final negotiations with the terrific buyers of my home, she was by my side, keeping me calm and focused--no mean feat--and her negotiating skills were excellent. We celebrated the eventual sale as a joint venture! Her competent, caring manner was very satisfying to me as a widow selling her longtime family home during the height of the pandemic. I don't know what I would have done without Yvette, and I recommend her with all possible enthusiasm!

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Yvette. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" Yvette walked us through every step of the negotiations, even helped us finding the best lawyer in town. We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Yvette to them!

Yvette has always been right by our side throughout this whole process from initial interest to to the day of closing, i believe there is no one more qualified in the local area to help you with your purchase of a new home, i strongly suggest you think of yvette when deciding on your agent. Very punctual, caring, looks for your interest above anything else.
