Jesse provides first class service from start to finish. I sold and bought with Jesse. He was able to determine the best price for selling that generated more offers than expected. Negotiated terms quickly to close both deals. He is easy to get a hold of and responded to all of my questions almost immediately. Jesse has great relationships with almost any service provider you may need to get your house ready to sell. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or where we were in the buying/selling process. I highly recommend utilizing Jesse for any transaction, you will be glad you did.

It has been a pleasure working with Jesse. I can say, he is a man of integrity with good moral values and good character. I trust him completely. I found him to be a rare breed among realtors. He cares about his clients needs and getting them the best deal possible. I feel he went above and beyond. I found him to be professional, an excellent negotiator and a go getter. Jesse was referred to us by a couple different friends, so I knew that was a good sign! He worked with my work schedule and helped us look at a few different homes...until we found the perfect home. We ended up building a new home and he helped with every step and answered every question we had. If he didn't have an immediate answer, he had colleagues who could advise. The sale of our house was a little out of the ordinary and he managed every step with ease. Our process was longer than most but working with Jesse the whole way was great!

Jesse was our first choice without hesitation when we needed a realtor. At the moment, we needed someone we could trust with confidential information as well as someone who could navigate us through very unknown territory. We were purchasing a new home and selling a home we had lived in for 17 years! That is 17 years of not the best maintenance since we never planned on selling and moving. That's 17 years where a family with 4 kids were raised. That is walking away from 17 years of memories! That is 17 years of being out of the real estate loop. Jesse was so patient with all 100,000,000 questions that we had throughout this process. He was professional with helping guide us on repairs and preparing us for the next step in the process. He was personable to the point he is family to us now. Our transactions were not the easiest, and we had more hurdles than a typical transaction would have. Jesse was able to use his connections and expertise to get us the exact house we wanted in a neighborhood where everything was sold out. Without him, we would probably still be renters! Aside from being one of the nicest people I've met, he is REALLY good at his job - extremely knowledgeable about all of the surrounding cities of Denton to really give us the tools to make the best choice for our family. He even went the extra mile and worked past 11pm in order to make sure we'd get the home of our dreams! It's a shame that you don't use a realtor more often because I certainly know who I would call! Jesse Woolery is a respected member of our community and has extensive knowledge about our neighborhoods, schools and city. When we were in need of help with a complicated, and emotional, home sale he was our first and only choice amongst many realtors. Jesse found time to meet with us quickly and had our house listed and online within days. It sold a couple of weeks later and even closed early! The entire experience was low stress and calm at a time when it was needed most and Jesse has to receive 100% of the credit.
