Moving was a hard decision to come to for me and my wife. Mendy guided us every step of the way. She made herself available anytime we needed her. She was always checking on us through texts or phone calls to make sure we understood everything and she was doing all she needed to help make this journey an easy process. Our family was relocated to Amarillo for a new job. My husband had been working here for weeks while back home the kids finished school and we packed up the house. I flew down 1 time and Mendy devoted the entire weekend to help us look at as many houses as possible. Never having been before the information that she gave us was priceless! I'm thankful that she was so willing to answer my endless questions. I loved the fact that she was so responsive, no matter how many times I reached out per day. She went above and beyond her job description when we had issues trying to get papers signed from 2 different states. Mendy definitely made this part of our move easy. Would highly refer her and ERA!

Mendy was awesome to have work for us. She was very patience knowing we had a house to sell in Louisiana. Every time we saw a house she would explain in details all flaws and good pointers. Coming from Louisiana and moving to Texas was different. It is not the same as buying a house in Louisiana as it is in Texas. After purchased she still followed up and ensured we took care of all paperwork that needed to file with the county. Mendy is very dedicated to her job. She loves what she does and it shows when helping out a client. We started out as a client and realtor and ended up as family. If we were to sell and buy again I would definitely seek Mendy's expertise and knowledge.

Mendy Hopkins helped my husband and I find the perfect home in short amount of time. She went out of her way to make sure she knew exactly what characteristics we were looking for. She is very knowledgeable about the Amarillo/Canyon area and was helpful with choosing the right location, since we were from Killeen, TX. We had a lengthy process in our move to the Amarillo area. Mendy spent half a day driving us around showing us the various neighborhoods and getting to know us. She honed in and showed us some amazing homes. We eventually found the perfect home. We had some issues with our lender as they forgot to order the appraisal, yet insisted that they did. Mendy went above and beyond to keep our lender in line. We couldn't be happier with our home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mendy to anyone. Her services are definitely value added.

My wife and I approached Mendy because of a friend's recommendation. Mendy brings a great balance of professionalism while also staying very personable. Mendy helped us sell our home, and then found us our dream home! She was so patient with us and reassured us throughout the whole process. When we decided to move back to the Texas Panhandle, we googled homes for sale in the Canyon/Amarillo area. Mendy called us with the info we provided on the internet. What a God send Mendy was/is to us. She would look for homes and FaceTime us. We were living 270 miles away. When we would see something catching our interest we would drive here and Mendy would take us around to see the houses. After a year or so, we found our dream home! I don't know if any other realtor would had have the patience with us and WORK so hard. We highly recommend her and her knowledge of the real estate for sale. She's not only our realtor but feel like she's part of our family. She's the best in our eyes and you will be pleased with her services.

I contacted a realtor at Keller Williams. She didn't seem to have interest in helping me. Mendy was sent to tend to me. What a blessing!!! I've bought 5 homes in my lifetime. I have never been treated as well as Mendy treated me. If I choose to buy another home I will be dissapointed if Mendy has retired. I wouldn't use anyone else in Amarillo.
