Erich Kaiser is a native of Indiana, born and raised in Indianapolis. In 1995, he moved to Maine, first locating in the small town of Searsmont, where he lived in an (c.)1800 post-and-beam Cape that he enjoyed renovating. Since 1998, Bangor has been his home. His passion for real estate comes from his extensive studies in architecture, interior design, and drafting. All gave Erich the unique ability to assess a potential property with a critical eye, and to easily communicate his understanding of that property with a buyer or seller. Erich also has an extensive background in the retail industry, working closely with the public and providing excellent customer service for over 25 years. It's the combination of these two skill sets that led him to enter the real estate market in late 2008. In 2010, he became an associate broker. Over the years, Erich has developed close relationships with both home buyers and sellers, easily guiding them through a sometimes confusing and often volatile real estate market. He is pleased to now be with ERA Dawson Bradford, and he is ready to partner with new buyers and sellers.
