My brokerage, ERA Donahoe Realty, is dedicated to helping families and individuals win at Southern California real property investments. Further, I have "in the trenches" experience representing transactions ranging from REO Listings and Sales, Short Sale transactions, Trustee Sale and Auction investments, income properties, property management, and owner occupant buyers and sellers.
I hire only consummate professionals to represent our brand; honoring Quality over Quantity. Our hiring process is several steps to insure our team subscribes to our Office Culture and philosophies of Service and Philanthropy. Our team coordinates a quarterly group effort to give back to our community volunteering or donating to such organizations as Habitat for Humanity, animal shelters and many others. There is an open and encouraging environment where each agent helps one-another to find business and learn what?s working in the current climate.
Outside of real estate I teach a 9 week course about growing wealth and financial health that has changed the lives of many families. This knowledge has given me the ability to sit down with my clients and truly counsel them on their housing budget and expenses, and game plan so that the ?dream? of homeownership doesn't become a "nightmare."
On a personal level, I currently live in Temecula with my amazing wife Sarah, our beautiful daughter and our two pugs. Life is good! CA BRE 01264425
