CalDRE #01806792I have been a local Realtor in the Temecula and Murrieta Valleys for more than 13 years, helping home owners sell their properties for top dollar, staging their homes for higher profit to my clients.
I have been one of the first agents that started helping sellers with their short sales since this market crash started. I am an REO and Short Sale certified agent. I have been an active member of the Riverside HELP program (non-profit organization), helping many home owners keep their homes by refinancing or loan modification programs, all without remuneration, as part of my project to give back to the community.
My experience with buyers include first time buyers, investors, relocation, rental exchange, repeated past clients and largely based on referrals from happy clients. In addition to my regular business, I perform Broker Professional Opinion reports (BPOs) for several companies and banks. This expertise helps me price my own listings, which keeps me on top of market values in the area.

Susy is an awesome realtor and person. She was very reliable and answered any and all the questions we had in a timely manner.
