Blake did a awesome l job at helping me find just the perfect house. In the beginning of the process of looking for a house I gave Blake a list of 4 things that I would like in a house. I told him all 3 would be awesome but that 3 of them were a must. Blake was very patient with me in the process as I was very particular in what I wanted and the area I wanted the house to be located. Blake would call me and say I have found just the house for you. By the time I was able to get off to look at the house and would decide that I wanted like to make an offer others would have done looked at the house and would beat in making an offer. Bless Blake's heart he would call me and say I have some bad news to tell you , Blake would say someone else made and offer and it was accepted.. I could tell by the tone that he was as disappointed as I was. I would call Blake some days by 7:30 or even at night after 5 and Blake was always willing to help. Blake went above and beyond at helping find just the perfect house. Thank You Blake for all your help and searching at finding just the right house.
