Working with John is always a pleasure and as a bonus you get to work with his wife Pat. We just absolutely love them. Our kids think of them as grandparents. They go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you want. He knows everything about anything you need help with. He is honest about the process and available at any time we needed him too. We have worked with with John and Pat both times we bought a home in Jonesboro and if we ever move again we will for sure work with them again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great and easy experience with buying and selling.

As a newly relocated resident to Jonesboro, and a first time young buyer, this entire process has gone smoother than expected. Not only did John walk me diligently through each step of the process but he worked tirelessly to make sure I understood what was going on and every detail of my home turned out perfect. He is knowledgeable, professional and very good at returning calls almost instantly. If the need comes again for me to buy or build another home I will absolutely go through him. John is an incredible realtor who has a strong connection to the community. He has helped my family and me with our variety of needs as newcomers arriving in town in 2008. Since then he has: 1) helped us find/buy a lot and rental property while building (with a great builder he recommended, Derek Daniels); 2) been patient enough to show us about 45 homes in a few days with our 2-year-old girl and little dog tagging along, when we realized we were not in a position to build; 3) was absolutely perfect in proceedings for purchasing a home ; 4) accommodated us again 6 years later with parents moving to town, looking at numerous houses; 5) without finding the proper home, he assisted in finding yet a another lot to build and also replat; 6) served us with advice for house repairs, designers, inspectors, etc., in every way imaginable. His wife Pat is fantastic too! I recommend John to all of our friends and incoming colleagues at A-State. We are so fortunate that one of my colleagues recommended him to us. There just isn't a better realtor!

John was great to work with. He and Pat (team/his wife) took a vested interest during our entire home selling process. As with most of our situations, we were in need of quick action and a high level of showings, and they certainly did not disappoint. Communication, realistic expectations, and tenacity are all things that come to mind.
