Hello!! My name is Kristen Grimes. I live in Paragould and have lived there for my entire life. My husband, Jeffrey and I have two children; Carsen, 9 and Reese, 7. We reside on our family farm where I was born and raised. We spend most of our time outdoors and in the ball parks. Carsen plays travel baseball, is an avid hunter, and works on our cattle farm. Reese keeps us all in line. She enjoys swimming, playing softball, and taking care of our fur babies. Needless to say, we live life in the fast lane and love every minute of it.
My full-time Real Estate career started 4 yrs ago. I joined the ERA Doty Family in 2018 and I haven't looked back. I am blessed to work for the best brokerage in NEA! Real Estate is truly my passion! I get to assist families in making one of the biggest decisions in life- buying or selling a home. The smiles and "thank yous" from my clients make it worth every effort spent to help with the purchase or sale of their home. My mother passed away and we received my mothers house as a part of the estate. We decided to list the house with Kristen, and I cannot compliment her enough for all of the hard work she put in with advice, contacting us and buyers, advertising, and all kinds of stuff. We didn't live in Paragould so all communication was through emails and phone calls, and Kristen would call us each time someone came and looked at the house and her thoughts about their visit. She is very presentable, kind, considerate, and did every bit of the work, so that we essentially didn't have to do anything. She took care of all of the paperwork and was always "on point" if we decided to contact her about how things were going. She is so awesome! If we were ever going to buy a house in Paragould or knew someone who was moving there, there is no doubt that we would highly highly recommend Kristen to be the "go to girl" to get all of your sales needs met for the perfect house for you and your family. We have already let our friends in Paragould know that if they ever decide to list their house, that Kristen is definitely the one to go with! Yes 5 stars out of 5!
