Trang Dang-Le
At the age of 11, Trang escaped Vietnam and began a journey with her father that brought her to the United States of America. Through years of hard work and determination, Trang learned English and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with honors.
With a diploma in hand, Trang decided to open a restaurant business in Lexington, KY with her family. A few years later, when it was time for her to start a family of her own, she decided to step back and raise her children as a stay-at-home mom.
When her kids were older, Trang decided to go back to work. She chose real estate because she believed that it offered her the flexibility that she needed to balance her family and her job. To learn more about the real estate industry and the business world, she joined Asian Real Estate Associations of America (AREAA) and Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce (GDAACC). Being proactive, she quickly assumed leadership positions within those organizations.
In 2012, Trang and a couple partners opened up their own real estate brokerage, DFW iRealty LLC, dba ERA iRealty. Together they have built a successful and growing company whose goals are to help the community and families realize their dreams of home ownership. In 2014, Trang became the Chairwoman for the Asian American Chamber of Commerce Collin County. This position gave her the opportunity to become more connected with the community and small business owners. Trang also started a nonprofit in 2016, YouLead Global Youth Leadership to empower high school students and teach them to be young community leaders. When she's not busy being the community advocate, Trang loves spending time with her family and her dog.
