Ms. Anita was a hug help in helping us find the right home for us. She was willing to take us to various houses in the area and let us take the time needed to see each one thoroughly. Mrs. Dhingra very politely pointed out the necessary finishes/repairs, managed to get reasonable quotes from her local contacts and got the work done in a very timely fashion. She pretty much handled the whole process independently and calling us only when it was absolutely necessary.
ERA should be proud of having such a capable and personable agent working for them.

Mrs. Dhingra was prompt but patient and it was always a low pressure process.
We explored many avenues and eventually settled for a home that was well priced and met most of our requirements. She knows most of the local neighborhoods well and gave us plenty of insights to weigh pros and cons.
