While we aren't selling our home at this time, Denise has been amazing at helping us with making decisions on household improvements. She has a wonderful eye for design and value. She has been so helpful in working with me to make changes to our home that we are enjoying now. We are not putting our home on the market at this time but I would highly recommend her services to anyone who wants to update their home.

Denise performed above expectations based on our past home sales and purchases. Her professionalism and knowledge of the market were expressed and conveyed early during our initial meeting. Each step of the sales process were fully explained and any questions were quickly answered. Feedback and comments from home viewers were promptly passed on to us. We were very comfortable during the offer to closing periods that Denise had everything under control. Overall a very pleasant experience!

I have purchased and sold several houses over the years and have used many different agencies and realtors, both male and female. Denise is the first realtor that I ever encountered that went above and beyond any expectations that I had. She recommended businesses to help me sell my furniture; recommended and obtained repair businesses (and was there to let the repairman in when I was out of town); moved & removed furniture & staged the house; was always quick to respond to my questions & concerns; had patience with me when I was most impatient.......I could go on and on. I am 100% satisfied with her skills and efforts. My house sold in less that 30 days and I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend Denise if you are planning to sell your home.

We have had a chance to work with Denise both in home buying/selling and interior decorating and we highly recommend her for both. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and trustworthy! She was wonderful at keeping my emotions in check! We asked for help with redecorating a room in our new home and she was so easy to work with, nailed my style and stayed in budget! You need to work with Denise!
