Max is a great realtor. He was very helpful in our process to finding our new home. He was extremely flexible and willing to help get us to the right place at the right time. The home we purchased was listed for no more than 15 minutes prior to him sending us the listing and we were at the home looking at it within 2 hours of being listed. Even prior to the home that we purchased, Max was very informative and on top of the listings we viewed.
After the offer was accepted, he continued to support the process very closely and was available any time we had a question!

Max helped us find our dream home, I told him what I was looking for in a home and he found it all and more. Having him show us houses, was like hanging with a friend. He was very honest and made sure we weren't seeing a crazy amount of house in a day, and made sure we were looking at the right places for us. Even after the buying process was done, he stays in contact with you. You can not ask for a better realtor.

I had the pleasure of reading about Max and following his football career as he grew up a local legend in the Evansville area. I always thought I would think of Max as a dominate football player, but now I think of him as the man who helped me downsize into my dream home. Needless to say his local knowledge is incredible. I have worked with other realtors and nobody was as dedicated, helpful, and responsive as Max. He took as much care in finding me the perfect spot as he would for himself. Despite looking at multiple houses Max was never frustrated. My previous house was just too big to maintain and Max found us multiple houses in the Evansville area that fit what I was looking for, and eventually found the perfect house! Having rented my whole life it was time for me to purchase a house. After trying to do most of the research myself I was getting frustrated not finding what I wanted. Plus, with my job, I was not able to spend as much time as I would like looking around for a house. A friend of mine recommended that I use Max and within five minutes of our first conversation I felt as though a huge weight was lifted off my chest. He was able to explain how the process works to someone (me) who knew NOTHING about purchasing a house. His communication and responsiveness were very helpful because I had so many questions in the beginning stages. In fact, there were several nights past business hours when he replied to texts/phone calls to answer questions of mine. Max helped us throughout the entire home buying experience. His dedication and attention to detail was very much appreciated by my wife and I. Max would constantly keep us in the loop and always followed up on requests or questions. No matter where we were running, Max was leading the way for us. All I can say is WOW! Max is truly the definition of professional. Not only did he pick me up from my condo to take me to potential house (my car wasn't functioning) but he was able to negotiate to a price I did not think was feasible. His background in athletics and competitiveness is what I think sets him apart from many other real estate brokers. Great, trustworthy, impressive, and competitive are what make up Max.
