Pam from the start was very kind and on top of everything. She would contact me as soon as a home was on the market that I had missed and asking if I would like to go see it. She had taken the information of my price range and overall look of how I wanted the inside to be into consideration and was very quick at finding and setting me up with tours. Pam was referred to me by a family member and we immediately hit it off. This woman is one of a kind. She is so understanding and went above the call of duty. VERY HONEST!! As a first-time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and concerns to which Pam had no issues explaining the process to. Pam is very punctual and follows up on everything for everyone ( myself included! ) - at no point did I have to worry about falling behind in paperwork or feel like I was left in a grey area about what my requirements were. I would also like to note Pam is very good on putting the squeeze on contractors to get everything done in time for closing.
