I was very comfortable in both transactions we made. I was happy with both what we got from our home and what we paid for our new home. I was given all resources necessary for a smooth transactions and was kept informed of everything going on including changes without having to ask. The fact that I am in Tell City and everything went as smooth as it dis says a lot about their organization. My house was sold before I even had it listed. I would recommend Rick and his Team to anyone. They are very attentive and thorough which are great qualities in an agent! I will be putting my trust in them again if we need another agent.

We moved from Washington State to Indiana. Andrea showed us several homes. She was very prompt to each showing. At each house she came prepared with the listing information which included lots of useful information that helped us with our decisions. Andrea was a great listener. She figured out my likes and dislikes of each house. After a few showings, we found our perfect house. Andrea was great in helping us put in an offer. She did all the work. All we had to do was tell her what we wanted. Andrea even helped us get a one year warranty. Something I didn't even think existed. Andrea was knowledgeable. After our inspection was complete, there were a few things that came up that were minor. I was ok with the items because I knew I could fix them. Andrea stepped in though and said that the seller should fix for these items. I am glad I listened to her because I was able to get some extra money towards closing. She walked me through everything. Close to closing day, she even reminded me to get the utilities and other things completed. Communicating with Andrea was great. She made it easy by texting me and replying to my text in a timely matter. She never hesitated to pick up the phone and call me when needed as well. If you ever want a good realtor, Team Mileham is who I would go with. I was very lucky to get such a great realtor like Andrea!!

Rick has been our realtor for several years as we have bought and sold houses. He did an amazing job for us both times and was always very responsive and dedicated.
