    My Client Testimonials

BIL and his associate shepherded me through the purchase of my new home. Their advice and concern were greatly appreciated. I was most grateful for their ongoing and constant communication with me, my lender, and the seller's agent in order to get to closure. Thanks again, Janet (2014 buyer)
I heard about BIL through an advertisement on the internet and would rate him as excellent. He was always patient with me, the new Portland resident. He paid attention to the details concerning the needs of my family, especially my son who has a disability, and my concerns for the future. --Becky (2013 buyer)
I would rate your performance as outstanding. I have done three real estate deals in my life and this one has been the smoothest. I found the email updates of critical dates to be helpful. I also found the documentation of visits to the property helpful and I was able to keep up with the activity that was occurring. --Alan King (2013 seller)
BIL, I can't exactly say we rang in the new year in the house, as James was working and I was sleeping when the clock struck 12! We are still working on unpacking, organizing, and moving furniture around a bit, but it already feels like home. I'll just be glad to get our computer hooked up to the internet next week--I'm having withdrawal pangs! We love the neighborhood. We have very nice neighbors, and have met a lot of people out walking dogs or jogging. Everyone has been super friendly. Thank you so much for your assistance during this house hunt. Your professionalism and patience with two house-buying amateurs is much appreciated! I am hoping to not move again for many years, but I would surely tell anyone I know who is trying to sell or buy that they should go to your firm. Rhonda was also so helpful through the process. Sincerely, Amy Brennan (2011 buyer)
Dear BIL, Rhonda and Ann: Margaretha and I are very happy and most grateful for all the good, professional help the three of you have given us in the sale of our beloved home "Maple Hill Farm" in Corbett. You gave us indeed an abundance of excellent help and good advice. As this time ERA Freeman & Associates has helped the Claes Nobel Family with not less than five (5) real estate transitions, and rest assured, if more desires of buying and selling real estate should ever occur to us, then we know exactly where to go. In addition to being "Good Real Estate People" you have also become "Good Friends" which is evidenced by offering us various contacts to financing, etc, as well as placement of Norwegian Antiques, and now lately a generous gift card for dinner at the Olive Garden. Thank you ever so much for all! --Claes & Margaretha Nobel (2011 sellers)
BIL & Rhonda, Jim and I want to thank you both for all your work in the successful selling of our home. You are what you say! A great Team! Your attention to detail and the legality of selling was put in your hands and we didn't have to worry about that part of it. We are thankful for your honesty and integrity. It has been a pleasure and we want to thank you. Sincerely, Jan & Jim (2009 sellers)
On the recommendation of another Realtor, I worked with BIL on the purchase of my first home in March, 2008. As a first-time buyer, I was very comfortable working with BIL. He was very professional and represented my best interest during the transaction. BIL explained what was happening at each stage of the process, and I was most impressed that he sent weekly reports on the steps we had achieved in our transaction. The members of his team were helpful and friendly. In the course of negotiations, I was glad to have BIL working for me. His years of experience and advice were vital to the deal moving forward. After the transaction was completed, I appreciated the follow-up too. It was nice that BIL checked in to see how things were going with my new house, and to receive newsletters from the team after I was in my new home. I have recommended and will continue to suggest that others seek out BIL for their real estate needs. He and his team provided a level of service that exceeded my expectations. I will definitely give BIL a call when I am ready to buy my next home. Sincerely, Seth J. Wilcox (2008 buyer)
Some time ago I had to leave the place where I spent the best years of my life, 60 of them to be exact. I knew it was a step I had to take. BIL understood my fears and went out of his way to ease my apprehension, and to help me make the transition into a new home. I trust BIL completely. He knows his business but he cares about people too. If you are looking for a Realtor to help you find a home, BIL Willis is a true professional who cares about his clients. --Lee & Tricia Schneider (1997 sellers and buyers)
BIL, My wife Kimberly and Ii would like to thank you for your help in selling our home. Prior to listing with you, we both held the common notion that all Realtors were out to "make a profit" from our home and that to them "we were just another client." But you and your organization made us re-evaluate our generalized opinion of Realtors. From the day that we both met you, we were impressed with your business-like manner. You always knew exactly where we stood on the issues surrounding the sale of our home. For example, instead of "playing the game" of offer/counter-offer and the like, you knew exactly what price we would accept and went from there. We were never put in a position where we were pressured into a decision just to make the sale go through. You truly "went to bat" for us... --Robert Maricle (1995 buyers)
You did a fabulous job, BIL! I can't recall ever hiring a Realtor who was more professional or who found buyers as quickly as you did. Julia and I are both grateful for your work and your friendship. She felt very comfortable re-engaging you after all these years since you helped her find the Yamhill farm. Best wishes, Jim & Julia (2014 sellers)
BIL is the very best! I would recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a Realtor. As a matter of fact, I have. Anna and I started talking with BIL when we knew we didn't have enough money to get started. Our problem was, we didn't know HOW to get started. BIL was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable as he helped us decide what we needed to do. He stuck with us throughout our own transformation as we turned our situation around. We plan on keeping BIL as our Realtor throughout our years of owning our home. He knows how to keep the buyers dream alive. --Destry Frey (2017 buyer)
