My husband and I are relatively new to real estate investing and it has been a while since I purchased a house. We worked with one agent prior to Asha, and decided to work with Asha instead because of her customer dedication. Asha is always persistence and full of encouragements, looking houses and making offers can be stressful when you have a busy schedule. Purchasing an investment can be a daunting task since you want to get the best deal for the type of investments you want to be in, sometimes you feel like a lone Wolfe. After couple months we almost gave up, but she was determined to get us closer to our goal. Asha was extremely patient with us due to our budget constraint; however, she always communicated through texts and calls immediately. I believe it’s difficult to work with investors are brand new to investing, but through the right agent, and plenty of communication, goals can be achieved. We highly recommend Asha!!
