I was looking for a house in Berlin the last few years, and Cindy was there the whole time helping as a realtor and friend. Cindy was patient through the process - she told me to keep the faith and never lost confidence that the ideal home would turn up. When something finally did become available, she was very proactive in notifying me and getting me in to check it out. Cindy recommended that I draft a letter to the seller which paid off in spades because I originally lost out on the house, even though I was the high bidder. After the seller went back to me, Cindy put together a good team between the inspector, mortgage company, and attorney. She even worked with the listing agent to communicate with the seller to make the closing seamless. I would recommend Cindy to anyone who would like to find a property in the area - not only because of her knowledge of the overall process, but her professionalism and experience in the field were key in turning my dream of home ownership a reality. I am forever grateful for Cindy Wagner in my life and for her extraordinary skill and support and guidance in helping me with the sale of my parents' home in New Britain, Connecticut during the summer of 2019. With trying to sell our current home and find the perfect house to fit our growing family's needs, Cindy was able to guide us through the home selling and buying process. She always had our best interest in mind. She worked tirelessly to find the right buyer for our house and then was able to quickly find the best house for us. She brought me to showings on short notice and fit me into her busy schedule. She would respond quickly, and give honest feedback. Cindy was a wonderful early Christmas present in my unsettled life after my father passed away. I had the responsibility to administer his estate, which included selling his home in New Britain. Complicating all of this was the fact that I live on the West Coast. We only met once in person, but I quickly learned to trust in her judgment. She immediately went to work and charted a path to sell his home that included my objectives. Cindy learned through research into city records facts about the property that even I did not know, which definitely had an influence on the sale. Her network of professional acquaintances allowed us to quickly choose a trusted company to clear the house of it's clutter and old, outdated furnishings. She offered helpful suggestions in staging the house such as removing the rug in the main room to allow a beautiful hardwood floor to appear. Through pictures, I saw how artfully she had the whole house ready for potential buyers. It could of not looked better! Her market research was spot on, and I believe greatly contributed in attracting several cash offers early in the listing period. Cindy is a great communicator. She always kept me informed and up-to-date on offers and matters relating to the sale. She was always available to me when I had a question or concern. I never found myself wondering why she had not got back to me. If an unexpected development or problem occurs during the listing period, you can totally count on her to ensure it's addressed. Unfortunately, my father's house was broken into early in the listing period. Cindy not only summoned the local police, she managed the required repairs to the home in a timely fashion. I cannot recommend Cindy highly enough. She is smart, reliable and honest. You can trust her....always. She will not disappoint. I'm very happy that I choose Cindy Wagner as my realtor to sell Dad's treasured property. She was a lifeline (to me) in a disordered period of my life that greatly benefited from her knowledge and the security she provided.

Cindy was a tremendous help in selling our home. I don’t normally provide online reviews but Cindy went above and beyond what I expected and I wanted to make others aware of that. She was very thorough and organized and helped me stay on track with all the activities needed to prepare the home for sale and then to prepare for the closing.
