We had the opportunity to work with Corissa when we asked for guidance in the sale of our Condo in Connecticut. She was knowledgeable about the market, and offered good advice, especially regarding recent comparable offerings in the area. Though we attempted to sell at an awkward time of year, she helped us get through the few showings in the Holiday season, and stayed attentive as interest increased during late winter and early spring. When an offer was made, she worked to clinch the deal, and shepherded us through the contract steps. It turned out to be complicated because of legal requirements, waiting on the VA for loan approval, and it seems a hundred other details.
