Joanne is at the top of the list of people that I've dealt with in any business, not just real estate. She is extremely knowledgeable, hard working and, most importantly, ethical. I am so impressed with how fair she is to both the buyer and seller. As with most real estate sales, there are always hurdles to overcome and she approaches them very calmly and gives great advice that I truly value. There are, of course, times that we don't agree and we have very candid discussions on possible approaches and then reach what I believe to be sound decisions.
