This is why I find the real estate industry to be one of the most personally rewarding professions to be involved in. I enjoy all facets of real estate because it allows me to meet new people every day. To listen to them tell their personal story... about their past, and their life experiences. Buying or building a home is one of the most personal experiences people can have and I enjoy working with them through this process.
I am also a builder and licensed general contractor, so I specialize in New Construction. I have had the honor of not only selling, but PROVIDING a new home for countless individuals over the past 14 years. I love the innovation and creativity that comes into new home design. Creating and constructing space that caters to each individual family. Walking with them through the construction process and enjoying it with them along the way.

Andy was very helpful in making suggestions of how to improve our home to appeal to more buyers, and arranging for all the updates to be done in a timely manner. It was such a huge relief that he took care of contacting the contractors to make the improvements for us. I knew I could trust Andy to get it taken care for us, and I didn't have to worry about it after that. Andy is a great listener, and really does care about his clients. He also was super helpful with getting the home ready for showings if we weren't able to. I would definitely recommend Andy Carson as a realtor.
