Ricci really listened to what I said I needed to accomplish in selling my home. She was upfront about what I needed to do to help make that happen, and was clear about what she as a realtor could do. She very competently did her homework in finding comparable houses to get me the best selling price. She did not overstate what she could do, and she did not under-price my home in order to get it to sell quickly. I felt like I was more than a client to Ricci; she treated me like a friend. After my house sold, and I moved out of Kansas, she continued to help me as I began looking for a new house--reminding me of details to look at and ask about.
