It's my belief that a good real estate agent is much more a counselor than a sales person.

As a lifetime resident of Chelmsford and a full-time real estate professional since 1984, I bring to the table both an in-depth knowledge of the area, and over 30 years of experience in residential real estate sales. My familiarity with the area allows me to help buyers find the town, schools, neighborhoods and location that make the most sense for their needs. My years in the business means that not many problems and issues that can sometimes arise in a real estate transaction are new to me....I've seen most of the issues that can crop up, and know how to deal with them.

In 1978 I obtained my Broker's license and was at the time the youngest broker in the state, getting my license on my 18th birthday. I had grown up in a real estate family where both my parents worked as agents, mangers and company owners and I knew that I might someday want my license.

In 1982 I graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Isenberg School of Management with a BA in Marketing. Shortly out of school, my interest is sales and a desire to find a career working closely with people to help them achieve their goals, led me to a career in real estate sales. It has been my passion ever since.

In addition to my background, I bring to the table essential skills that are needed to provide exceptional service to buyers and sellers alike. Good listening skills, asking the right questions, and an attention to details are key traits of mine, and critical to a positive experience buying or selling a home.

I serve Greater Lowell, and surrounding towns including Chelmsford, Billerica, Dracut, Groton, Littleton, Tewksbury, Tyngsborough, Pepperell, and Westford. It is my pleasure to recommend Andrew Wilson of ERA Key Realty and Brian Hatleberg of Washington Trust Mortgage Company for those who are looking to buy a property in Chelmsford. Andy has lived in Chelmsford for decades and knows the town very well. His valuable input on the location, construction quality, pricing, financing and inspectors were all very helpful in making our decision. I couldn't have imagined it, but Andy was able to find us a home that exceeded our expectations in just three weeks, and within our budget! Brian is awesome, if you are looking for a home mortgage he is your guy. His offer was the first and best. I did lot of shopping but his numbers were best. He explained every little expense that we would run into and provided a detailed break-down of expenses. His help in comparing the various loan products and planning for the budget was invaluable. He is energetic, transparent and practical. I am sincerely thankful to have both of them involved in our purchase.
