Ali was an amazing realtor for me! As a first time home buyer, I had no clue what I was doing or how to navigate the process. Ali walked me through the process and worked hard to find houses I liked. When I became overwhelmed with the whole process, Ali started thinking outside the box and suggested new construction. I had no idea that was an option for me! Ali helped guide me through the new construction process. When it got closer to time to close, Ali was there for me to help get my closing scheduled before the end of the year! Because of Aliâs hard work and dedication, I got to spend my first Christmas in my new house! Iâve been here too months and Iâm still thrilled with the choice! Ali is dedicated, caring and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed!!

From the beginning, Ali gave me a sense of comfort in knowing this was going to be a very well organized and professional success. Ali, explained all strengths and weaknesses of the property in the first walkthrough and put a plan in place, to give me the best possible results for a quick sale. Having been disabled in the line of duty, Ali felt compelled to go the extra mile and put in multiple days worth of her time, doing improvements in the home, both inside and out. She monitored the property on a regular basis and made sure it stayed in top shape, until the day of closing. I seriously couldn't ask for more, and was thankful for the personal attention I got. Such a high level of perseverance, led to a flawless and quick closing with no issues. Thankful!

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Ali is. She went above and beyond and sold our home in no time. She did things other realtors told us weren't possible, and 'held our hands' when road blocks popped up. Everyone should have an Ali in their corner!

Ali goes above and beyond to help her clients find their dream house. Her communication was always excellent and her personality makes you feel instantly comfortable. We looked in several towns at different homes and she provided us with community information, market analysis, and true genuine facts and opinions. She made our move so much smoother with her help! Ali did a great job helping my mother sell her house and downsize a newer house closer to her grandchildren. She really put her heart and soul into helping my mom sell her house and buy her new one, and took time to explain the process. And after the sale was complete, she would drop by and visit, and it was clear that her clients aren't just clients to her ... they become friends she cares about and wants the best for. I would recommend her to anyone!

Ali was absolutely the best realtor we have ever worked with. We were not the easiest buyers for her to work with .we were a little skeptical. Only because we have been burned buy other real estate agents. I applaud Ali for putting up with us. I recommend her to anyone buying,or selling a home.

Ali was incredible - she takes the time to actually listen and figure out what the client needs and is always available, day or night. Ali was amazing with helping us sale and buy our dream home. She asked about the area and got info on everything before we put a contract on the new hoke. She stopped by to check in on the progress while we were getting ready to put the house on the market and helped landscape the yard. Who has an agent that does that? We recommend Ali if you are looking for an agent!

I met Ali on a weekend visit to an open house and we talked about what I wanted. She paid attention and she let me know what looked like a fit. She arranged a private meeting with a buyer and agent to tell them why we were the buyers for them. And she got us a contract.
When that house proved not to be the match she kept trying. Thrre more unsuccessful bids (other people got in faster or higher than us. Fl is a long way to try to buy with out first hand presence.).
She arranged to find us a realtor in Fl to handle the sale of our house in Fl.
Ali provided us with information; Personalized videos of houses we were unble to visit in time and confidence that she would ensure we were fairly represented and protected as she could do.
I rate Ali 5 stars because there aren't ten.

Ali was very helpful in finding my daughter's first home. She was always available to answer all of my daughter's questions, and her schedule was very flexible for the showings. I recently worked with Ali. We had a mutual client on a real estate transaction. I worked the mortgage side of the transaction and Ali was the Realtor representing the buyer. It was so easy. We had no idea what we were doing. No clue, but we were walked through every single step. Every meeting was put around our schedule. Emails always answered. And it was just her that we talked to. I was fully expecting to have a multitude of different people, and it was going to be a mess, but she made it so easy.

Ali was incredible! She understood our desires when it came to a home and the right location so that my girlfrield's kids could attend their current schools. She set us up with automatic notifications so that we were aware of what was coming on the market any given day. Ali was everything you would expect in a top notch agent--knowledgeable, responsive, and, most importantly, accessible.

I have been talking with Ali about downsizing for some time now. Ali encouraged me to look and see what the market had to offer. She was always available to show me houses and very patient when my plans changed. She has been a great communicator during this adventure, always letting me know about new houses on the market that I might be interested. While I have not found "the one" for me, I know that Ali will be there when it happens and negotiate a great deal for me.

Ali is a friend, and I can highly recommend her as an agent as well. I was considering upsizing not long ago, and Ali showed me many great options. The homes she showed me had fantastic locations, features, and possibilities! She was a great resource of information about the areas in which I was interested. Although things did not work out for me to move at that time, I would have continued to work with Ali if they had! I trust her guidance and expertise in home buying and selling and will call her the next time I'm considering a move.
