First time buyer here and I would highly recommend Barry. He is such an honest person when it comes to looking at homes. When dealing with him you dont get the feeling like he is trying to push the sale.. Barry helped find the home that suited us perfectly. With his knowledge and advice we were able to put in an acceptable offer, on a house that had multiple offers on the table.. in this market that alone speaks volumes. Barry is a caring and knowledgeable person. I really cant say enough. I will say if we ever decide to sell and buy again.. Barry will 100% be our realtor. It is really like having family in the industry.

We moved to Birmingham area from Tennessee and met Barry at a baseball game. He listened to our home needs, must haves, and knew the hectic schedule we were on with moving in between states. He was patient with us, accommodated our schedules well, and found us homes that met our check list. Our move from out of state was a little stressful and he really helped make it easier.
