
Ginny Willis
Born in Davenport Iowa and raised in a military family moving every two years, I've declares Birmingham as my home. I began my real estate career because a neighbor wanted to go to school, at night in Birmingham, and didn't want to go alone, that was 40 years ago.
I started my career with a small company and several years later transferred my license to First Real Estate, becoming a broker manager of several branches for the next 14 years.
Remarrying in 1996, my husband John and I relocated to Birmingham in 2000 then serving as the broker of LAH Northern office. The recession moved her back into sale until 2019 and now when I join ERA King in the Birmingham area and the Qualifying Broker of the Moody office of ERA
I am a strong believer in education and have earned over 13 designations or certifications Started my teaching career in 1981 as a pre-license instructor and later as both pre-license and continuing education and REBAC instructor. My teaching has taken me around the state as well as state conventions and seminars.
I have served as:
1996 President of the St. Clair Association of Realtors
2013 President of the Birmingham Assoc. of Realtor,
AAR Regional RVP
Numerous state and national committee.
Presently serving as a director for the National Associations of Realtors
I have been honored to received numerous honors including:
Realtor of the Year for both local and state association of Realtors
Robert Jemison Award,
Birmingham's President Cup,
Harriet Isaacson Excellence in Education Award,
Member of the Omega Tau Rho.
