Mrs. Hilga is a great realtor and helped me to find a home in Trussville during this pandemic that I truly love. We had a great experience, and she was able to offer a lot of insight into locations and how to approach the housing industry. Mrs. Hilga is not only a joy but a blessing to work with. She is always pleasant, explained clearly what was going on, and is always on time for appointments. Early morning texting, late-night phone calls, and emails; always positive and always cheerful. She is a terrific lady. What a truly great person you have representing your company! If ever again I need an agent or know of someone looking for a good agent and company, I would suggest this company.

She is always on time, and is very professional with her clients, while making them feel like she is taking care of her own family. We met Hilga one afternoon when my wife and I were thinking about selling our home and moving. There are few words that would describe the amazing experience with Hilga Kerr as my realtor. I was purchasing a piece of property that required multiple transactions....it first was divided and 1/2 sold to a builder that Hilga made contact with. We then were required to go before the City council for approval. I decided to divide the remaining acreage into two lots and this required establishing a "subdivision" due to the legal restrictions. There were innumerable "hoops" to jump through, not only with the acreage but also the mortgage company, which I could never have achieved without Hilga. Not only did she just "handle" problems that would arise, she would also hold my hand in the areas I needed to handle. I have bought and sold many properties...never before have I had a realtor that cared as much as Hilga Kerr. I will never use anyone else!
