Jenny earned her associates degree in Civil Engineering from GSCC and worked as a mapper in Marshall County for seven years. Chad has a degree in Forestry from ABAC and is a US Navy Sea Bee Veteran who served in Desert Shield / Storm.

If I could give 10 stars I would. For someone new to the area, she is invaluable. Jenny has helped us with local resources as we set up house in Lincoln even months after we closed on the house. As a first time homebuyer I had no knowledge about the process. I was very fortunate to have had Jenny Houze as my realtor. She has a very bubbly spirit. Jenny was very informative and guided me through every step of the process.She found me the perfect home, in the perfect neighborhood. A house that I had passed for 9 years on my commute to work and never noticed it. To this day, I still love my home as much as I did the day I closed on it. THANKS JENNY!!!! Whenever I hear someone talk about purchasing a home, I always tell them about her. Jenny and I keep in contact on regular basis. To say Jenny went above and beyond to sell my house is an understatement. I felt that Jenny made my sale a priority over everything else. She went out of her way to ensure everything was completed, and right. As soon as she had news, she let me know. I will recommend her to anyone that is moving to the area, and I can't thank her enough for all the work she put in to selling my house.

Jenny went above and beyond her job. She listened to our concerns and calmed us down when we had to pull out of a contract due to inspection finds. She listened to what we wanted and when the perfect house came on the market a little outside of our area range she knew we had to see it and she was so right. After a very rough negotiation process with the sellers, that she was wonderful during, we are now in our perfect house.
