Kayla Rooks has worked in various customer/client service and care roles for fourteen years. A young woman who's passion began in knowing and understanding human physiology led her to earn a degree from JSU, Jacksonville State University, in Exercise Physiology while she minored in Marketing. Kayla understood that she had a deep seeded passion in helping others achieve their wellness goals while also exploring her interest in small and corporate business ventures believing one day it would help her out.
Kayla serves her community as a highly educated yoga instructor who enjoys planning wellness events, leading her clients through adventurous terrains, meditation, and post operative functional exercise programs. Her ability to communicate and understand her clients, but also her friends and family's needs is compelling and far beyond the typical. She thrives when she is granted the opportunity to help others succeed in their own journey. She has a keen sense of understanding and following up on specific details such as rules and regulations; as she officiated high school football in Alabama for five years before carrying her child and was surprisingly good!
Kayla's interest in business and marketing led her to assist others in opening their own small businesses around Gadsden, AL. She also ventured in a few of her own and eventually managed a winery in Hokes Bluff, AL where event planning, marketing, and communications skills were refined and proven.
A lady with an adventurous side, Kayla has a plethora of hobbies and experience. She loves the sport of bouldering, hiking and camping throughout her beloved Cheaha Mountain State Park, and the gift of giving back to our own vessels with yoga. She's upheld multiple positions in the service industry, marketing and website development for several small businesses, business co-owner, winery manager, event planner, physical therapy aid, preschool substitute, and her best act yet, a mother. Needless to say, she's the ultimate efficiency juggler and has had the opportunity to learn a wide variety of skill sets focused on serving others.
She still teaches yoga for private wellness events, but is focused on combining each of these skill sets to serve her community in real estate affairs. Fourteen years of service, coaching, and planning positions has prepared her in becoming an astute real estate agent.
