Tanya sold my home for me and I couldn't be more pleased with her! She went well above what a realtor normally does. She took time from her personal schedule to assist me in getting my home ready for showings. She was not only my realtor, but a friend when I needed one. She listened and understood my position as a seller, and took action to sell my home accordingly, Tanya is extremely knowledgeable in her profession and in the areas in which she does real estate. She seems to have a knack of knowing what people are looking for in a home and it serves her well. She is professional and polite yet friendly and caring, She is dedicated to her work and to those for whom she is working for, Through the entire process of selling my home, she kept me informed on everything, She made a very stressful time in my life a LOT less stressful. I cannot thank her enough for that. To anyone looking to hire her for their real-estate needs, I believe whole-heartedly that you won't find anyone better than her. Not sure if there are enough descriptive words in Webster's Dictionary to describe how WONDERFUL Tanya Mancha is. Tanya responds promptly when called. If you choose to hire her or not she gives you ALL PERTINENT information needed. Within the first day of contacting her she to possibly sell my home within hours. She had a packet put together pulling my info, the comps and set up an appointment. The very next day we met, she had a booklet with all of this information it, was professional easy to understand. She told and showed me every thing that was needed as a homeowner to sell my home. She came out and helped me. Tanya is BEYOND professional. Tanya is very good at accessing a situation and helping come up with a solution. She also know of many resources that can help you in ones quest to buy or sell. Tanya has a great personality and VERY easy to work with. Oh I must say within the very FIREST week of meeting (Tuesday) Tanya is so awesome that by (Friday) my home was on the market live. Open house was Sunday of the following week. By that time the home was under contract with a bag up...This was all in July. We closed August 3st of the very next month. With assurance if you want a professional who knows what to do and how you WANT TO HIRE TANYA MANCHA. Hope its ok to say this but Tanya is so wonderful she will even pray with you if that's your belief. Tanya MANCHA...Hire her if you want to purchase or sell a home. Our family has had the pleasure of working with Tanya several times. Each experience was a pleasure. Both times we listed with Tanya, the house was under contract within the first week to the first person to see it. Tanya is my hero. I lost my husband in February. It was just he and I in our 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with a huge backyard and 20x40 inground pool. Tanya kept me constantly updated on inspections and whatever repairs or services were needed, she already had solutions before she even called me. No sale of prior property had ever been so easy as Tanya made this one. Tanya also cared, she cared about me personally and some texts from her was just to check on me and see if I had any questions or concerns. When I chose Tanya for my agent, I not only got a great professional who had all the facts and statistics, I got someone who made me feel I was her top priority. You can only imagine what a comfortable and great relationship we had. I'm so happy I made the right choice, and cannot thank Tanya enough for all her devotion and energy she put into selling my home. She's a 10 out of 10.
