Sam joined ERA Landmark Western Land in 2001 after 25 years in the business of construction, design, and consulting. Born and raised in Spokane, WA, Sam is an MFA graduate of the University of Oregon has lived and worked across the country from Seattle to Albuquerque including 20 years in New York City. His expertise in real estate is as varied as his life experience making him equally qualified to assist buyers and sellers with homes in and outside of town, rural land properties, luxury homes, and recreational properties. ?As a result of many years of client consultation, I have learned how to interpret the needs and goals of my clients.
