My wife and I have bought and sold homes for over 30 Years (more than 10 homes). It is our opinion that Kendra Chamberlain is the BEST real estate agent we have ever dealt with. Her attention to detail, willingness to work with, understand, and support our needs was very helpful in this process, She supported our needs almost unconditionally. Her local knowledge, accurate information and quick responses really went a long way to help us get a better home than we had hoped. We feel fortunate to have found her. From the first time we met Kendra we felt very comfortable with her. As we toured houses she brought up things for us to consider, drawing upon her knowledge of what items were important to us. We found her readily available to show houses. She was always on top of things that needed to be done as we went thru the buying process. When we put our house on the market she advised us on price but listened and honored our request to list it higher. We ultimately lowered it a couple of weeks later. We ran into issues selling our house and her knowledge of professiovals that could assist us with problems such as radon and mold and well water was invaluable. At every step of the entire process Kendra was there to assist in any way possible.

Kendra helped me purchase my first home and made it the best experience possible!! Her dedication to finding the perfect house was remarkable, she never got impatient when searching for my home. Kendra also took time to educate me step by step to assure I knew exactly what was going on throughout the process.

Kendra was very professional and helpful with my situation. I was moving from another state and was going through rental ads on the internet. I found a place she was handling for the owners. I submitted an “I’m interested” email to the place and went on to look at a couple more ads. That very morning, Kendra called me and we had a conversation about the rental. Of all three places I submitted an “I’m interested” email, she was the only one who actually called me! The others simply returned my interest with an email reply. She answered all my questions and asked a few about me. I then submitted an application by FedEx for the rental. When I finally arrived a couple weeks later, she met me at the house on time. She showed me the place and answered more questions. She handled everything between the owners and me. We did the paperwork and she gave me the keys to the place. Kendra is a great agent and a wonderful friend. She goes out of her way to make sure her clients are well taken care of, even bringing chicken soup to the ones with the flu! Kendra is a very nice,polite realtor. She worked with us to find the perfect house to suit us. She was available to talk when we called her she answered all of our questions we had.
